The Innovative Product of the Year Award celebrates a brand-new product at Speciality & Fine Food Fair 2022 that has demonstrated creativity and innovation at the heart of its concept. The winning product will have pioneering credentials, high quality construction, a clear USP and come from a brand that is constantly innovating and experimenting to inspire its customers.
CRITERIA:
- Open to all products from Speciality & Fine Food Fair 2022 exhibitors only.
- Products include all food & drink products from the fine food & drink sector.
- The product will need to be new to the market over the last 18 months.
- The product can be redeveloped or be an addition to a current product line.
- Product will have needed to demonstrate innovation in one or more of these key areas: taste, ingredients, functionality, and design.
