As well as a huge range of producers and suppliers to visit, there is a packed programme of features and live cooking demonstrations at the Fair. 

In 2017, attendees could choose from visiting the Savour the Flavour: Live Kitchen where top chefs and industry personalities whipped up unique new recipes, the Food for Thought stage where business advice was dished out by experts as well as the inspiring Scale Up workshops.
