Watch the action unfold as nine shortlisted start-ups pitch to you and our judges in a ‘Dragon’s Den’ style competition.
Our intrepid entrepreneurs will pitch an impressive panel of experts chaired by Jayne Noblet and David Webb of The Seed Fund. Each entrant will have been briefed to brave the challenge with advice on presenting, sampling and summing up - so you won’t want to miss this business face-off!
The ultimate winner will be invited back to Speciality & Fine Food Fair 2019 with a free-of-charge stand, as well as receiving supporting tools including tickets to The Food & Drink Innovation Network and a copy of new book ‘The Winning Mix: Launch and Grow Your Food Business Without Selling Your Soul' by Claire Brumby.
When will the pitches take place?
Start-Up Spotlight sessions take place 15.30 – 16.15 each day on the Food for Thought Stage. Three businesses will pitch each day, check back soon as we reveal the companies who will be facing our panel.
