WHAT IS GREAT TASTE?
Great Taste is quite simply the stamp of approval for great-tasting food & drink. It is the UK’s largest and most trusted accreditation scheme for food producers. Since 1994 over 80,000 products have been blindjudged by top chefs, cookery writers, food critics, restaurateurs and fine food retailers. Every product you find has been tried and tasted by at least 16 individuals in order to earn its star-rating.
WHAT DO THE STAR RATINGS MEAN?
Texture, appearance, quality of ingredients and how the producer has put the product together are all very important. But above all it’s all about truly great taste. Remember, it’s not about smart packaging or clever marketing. It’s all about TASTE.
