Parking
The cheapest and easiest car parking near the venue can be organised ahead of your visit. At Olympia there is a multi-storey car park which is accessed from Maclise Road. Pedestrian access on Olympia Way leads to the Grand hall, National Hall and Olympia Two entrances. Accessible parking is available at street level. The Olympia Motorail can accommodate cars, vans and lorries up to and including 7.5 tonnes.

The Kensington Olympia tube station is open weekdays only.

Olympia is served by the following bus routes:

Train
London Overground and Southern trains run direct services to West Brompton station for Earls Court and Kensington Olympia. Direct services run from Clapham Junction, Gatwick Airport, East Croydon, and Watford Junction.
Olympia – Kensington (Olympia) station
Turn left out of the exit of the station onto Olympia Way and the Olympia Grand Hall is directly opposite.

You are advised to make your request to Imaginations as soon as possible in order to reserve your chosen hotel. Please remember to state the name of the exhibition when making reservations. Bookings are made on-line and you will receive an e-mail confirmation with details of the accommodation booked and a unique booking reference number. It will also shows the balance amount due at the hotel on arrival. The hotel will also receive a copy of the booking. To avoid any errors, cancellations and amendments must be done via Imaginations.
