Chocolaterie Génaveh of Luxembourg is committed to the production and marketing of high quality gourmet chocolates and chocolate-related products. It is large enough to produce large quantities but small enough to retain its artisan quality and give personal attention to each unit produced. Génaveh is also known for the outstanding presentation of its products.
Our products include wide selection of filled chocolate: gancahces, caramels, fruit fillings, pralines, etc. We also make truffles, hot chocolate sticks, rochers, chocolate-coated candied oranges and other fruits, tablets of various sizes, Florentins, cramelised nuts, chocolate cigars and chocolate spreads. We also have special lines for sugarless chocolate, Hallal and Kosher chocolate.
The unique flavors are built up from carefully selected natural top quality ingredients. The specialty flavors are derived after lengthy and careful experimentation and customer feedback. The selection of ingredients, the ability to match them with chocolate of distinguished origins, working in small batches using traditional techniques we arrive at the special taste that makes us a success in various markets in Europe, Asia, Middle East, North Africa and the US.
At the same time, modern tempering, blending and enrobing machines and instruments coupled with scientific know-how are used to better control the quality and durability of the product.
Chocolaterie Génaveh manufactures markets and exports its products from Luxembourg. In view of the overall quality and presentation of its products Génaveh received twice a Special Prize of Honors at the Paris Salon du Chocolat.
