Celebrating 90th Year !!! Lakenham Creamery, artisan ice cream makers.
Lakenham Creamery, established in 1921, is celebrating 90 years making artisan ice cream in Norwich. Founded by Mr Christmas Aldous the family firm has been using local milk to produce the Aldous range of ice cream for 3 generations. In 1987 the fresh cream Norfolk County range, and Eileen's Diabetic range were added. The company has won over 120 National awards and 19 Gold Great Taste Awards and remains a family business under the current owner Mr Chris Coughlan.
