POLLEN CONTINUES EXPANSION OF ‘TRUE TASTE’ EXPERIENCE WITH INTRODUCTION OF ‘NATURAL’ RANGE.
Following the successful growth of the multi award winning Pollen Organics brand, the company is pleased to announce it is to broaden its market scope by introducing a complementary range of ‘natural’ branded products.
Consequently, the company has simplified its brand name from Pollen Organics to Pollen, becoming effective from 1st September 2009. The company name has been changed to Pollen True Taste Limited to reflect the company’s core proposition of being ‘dedicated to true taste’.
The introduction of a ‘natural’ range will extend customer reach by providing a selection of superb true tasting products that will appeal to consumers who do not wish, or who cannot afford, to pay the additional premium necessary for the ‘organic’ range.
Pollen has given considerable thought to this important strategic initiative having researched the market and also tested a number of recipes to ensure that the quality of its products in terms of taste, provenance, ingredient selection, locality of supply and ethical attributes remain as high as ever.
The ‘natural’ branded range will be launched with a line of exciting cooking sauces initially comprising the following inspired recipes from Christianne Pollen:
• eastern mediterranean with apricots and wild honey
• hot chilli and ginger
• smoked paprika, olive and sweet pepper
It is planned to launch the new cooking sauces over the next few months, but they will be on preview at the Speciality & Fine Food Fair taking place at Olympia from 6th – 8th September 2009.
