In TASTE NOTES in the September 2011 issue of House and Garden Magazine,Food Editor Joanna Simon says
"The vanilla bean paste by the Gourmet Vanilla Company is particularly good and doesn't contain gum thickener. It contains seeds and also has glucose base, rather than a liquid alcohol one, which is good for baking"
