NISIS IN THE RUNNING TO SUPPLY LONDON 2012

NISI’S, an award-winning artisan bakery that produces a premium range of Italian biscuits in the UK, was selected from over 500 exhibitors to pitch its wares to the Olympic Food Sourcing Team (LOCOG) at the Speciality and Fine Food Fair. LOCOG were wowed by the products and have identified NISI’S as one of the local producers they would like to supply all the Olympic venues at London 2012. The next hurdle is to negotiate a commercial contract with the official Caterers!

Other exciting news is the launch of a new flavour for the macaroon range – Ginger! It is deliciously moist, just like the other products in the range (Amaretti, Limonetti and Chocoletti), is naturally gluten free and satisfies all of those who crave a ginger hit! And, we are launching flow-wrapped single biscotti in June. These are a scrumptious, UK produced, premium alternative to those biscotti found in the coffee chains (Starbucks, Costa et al).

NISI’S is an artisan bakery producing a range of scrummy Italian biscuits. The biscuits are 100% handmade in Hampshire using the very finest ingredients, locally sourced wherever possible. The current range includes a variety of biscotti (twice baked and quite crunchy, the biscotti are also available as a gluten free product), and a range of macaroons (soft and chewy Amaretti, Limonetti and Chocoletti). NISI’S biscuits are stocked by a number of delicatessens and fine food shops across the British Isles. NISI’S is a proud member of The Guild of Fine Foods and Hampshire Fare.
