GINO: Bringing the highest qualilty Gelato to London.

GINOs head chef, Raul Nardino, comes from Pieve Di Soligo, a picturesque village near Treviso in North East Italy, a region famous for its rich history of sweet treats. His Italian upbringing and impressive background as a pastry chef in both Italy and London ensures that every spoonful of GINO gelato delivers an authentic Italian experience.

GINOs dedication to producing a premium gelato distinguishes it from anywhere else. The gelato is made with organic milk, natural ingredients and contains no additives, flavourings, or preservatives. GINO sorbetto offers a delicious alternative to those with allergies, containing only purified water and the freshest fruit on the market. Even the more health conscious will be surprised to know that GINO’s gelato contains only 6-8% fat and their sorbetto are fat free.
