UK Chocolate Masters Finals held at Speciality Chocolate Fair 2012

Chocolate artisans and pastry chefs descended on Speciality Chocolate Fair 2012 to showcase their creations in a bid to be crowned National Chocolate Master. Each finalist produced a chocolate cake, two pralines, a dessert and one artistic creation.
Ruth Hinks, owner of the chocolate shop and patisserie school Cocoa Blacks, in Edinburgh was announced as the winner of the UK national selection of the World Chocolate Masters Finals. |
