The visitor attractions Fine Food Forum, Small Business Forum and Meet a Small Business Hero Clinics were as busy as ever at the last event in 2010.

However we look on each event afresh and are in the process of designing a fresh and compelling programme of attractions for 2010. Here's what was on show in 2009...

Fine Food Forum

The Fine Food Forum focused on live demonstrations by top chefs designed to provide practical advice and tips on seasonable produce, sustainability, waste reduction, menu design and how you can maximise footfall and profit for your business.

Small Business Forum

Running a small or medium sized food business is challenging so the Small Business Forum provides case studies, solutions and advice on a wide range of topics to help you overcome the everyday business hurdles you face.

The 2009 programme included topics such as web design, marketing, setting up a business, reducing costs and managing finance to name a few.

Speak with a hero business clinic

FREE business advice was available from people who have ‘been there, done that’ and succeeded. Invaluable one-to-one advice consultations on any aspect of how to run a more successful business.

Speciality Chocolate Fair

Is the UK’s only trade event dedicated to artisan chocolate, it’s a valuable opportunity for retailers and foodservice buyers to source suppliers, transformers and chocolatiers.

Great Taste Award Winners

The 2009 Great Taste Award winners were unveiled in a world exclusive at last year's event. The prestigious awards acknowledge the very best in fine food and drink & celebrate the speciality food producers who are keeping British food traditions alive.
