Recipe Title
Tagliatelle with sausage and ricotta
Recipe Details
For 3 people:

- 300g (1 pack) La Tua Pasta Egg Tagliatelle
- 2 Sausages
- 100g Ricotta
- ½ glass of dry white wine
- A handful of parsley, finely chopped
- A clove of garlic
- 1 tbs Olive Oil
- Salt and fresh ground black pepper

Chop the sausages into a small bite-size pieces. Hit the oil in a pan and gently fry the garlic until you can just smell the aroma of garlic cooking in the pan. Take the garlic out and add the chopped sausages. Fry them for some minutes and add the white wine. Let the wine slowly evaporate and add the ricotta that was previously mixed in a cup to make it softer. Stir well and tip in the parsley and the black pepper.

Meanwhile, cook the tagliatelle until al dente. Drain the pasta, leaving a little water clinging to the strands. Return to the pan, add the past and stir well.
