Company Summary

The cooperative FROMAGERIE HAUT VAL D'AYAS was founded in November 2002. The association is composed by fifty farmers. The farms are located in the municipalities of Ayas and Brusson in Aosta Valley.
Since 2003 organic and traditional cheeses of high quality are producted in the FROMAGERIE HAUT VAL D'AYAS.
