Made using artisan methods, we gently distil and marinate the marmalade in our lovely and smooth, award winning Chase potato vodka then distil it in our Carter Head style copper pot still to make a fantastically rich & flavoursome vodka. We then marinate further with orange peel to achieve a natural orange colour. You can drink it neat on the rocks or with tonic and ice, it makes a fantastic alternative to gin.

Our gin is distilled from our own cider apples grown on our farm. Having been through our copper pot still and column, with 42 bubble plates, twice and then our pretty little Carter Head style still, the finished gin is distilled over 100 times.

Our gin is complicated. It’s a gin with tears and is perfect for making a martini with. The taste is the true taste of junipers highlighted by the citrus and the sweetness of the apples, elderflowers and hops. It has a beautiful and textured mouth feel due to the luscious apples and the naturally pure water taken straight from the aquifer that runs underneath our orchards.
